Introductory Disclosures

   The service categories and third party concerns shown below are those that we can provide to those we serve. It is necessary to choose only the items you desire; however, any funeral or cremation arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any specific items you did not ask for, we will explain it in writing on the statement we provide describing the services and third party expenditures you selected.

   When making funeral/cremation decisions, ahead of time or at the time of need, the statement of services and third party charges that you receive is required of every funeral provider by the Federal Trade Commission and is also pursuant to the requirements of North Carolina General Statue 90-210(e) for those providers practicing in this state.
Except in certain cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing.
Direct cremation or immediate burial do not require embalming.

Complete Traditional Funeral Services
with family gatherings and services provided through a selected Place of Worship or another designated outside facility.

Graveside Committal Services
with family gatherings provided through a selected Place of Worship, another designated outside facility, or simply graveside.

Direct, Immediate Cremation
only at the request of the Responsible Party with no formal ceremony or family/friend participation.

Memorial Services
with family gatherings and services provided through a selected Place of Worship, another facility or simply at the destination of final disposition.

Services with/for another Funeral Provider
followed by the coordination of out of town or local needs.

Immediate Burial
only at the request of the Responsible Party with no formal ceremony
or family/friend participation.

Anatomical Donation

Coordinating the Provision of Third Party Concerns
that includes, but is not limited to, the selection of flowers; provision for supplementary vehicles such as a family car; coordinating newspaper obituaries, facilities for services, gatherings, ministers, musicians, cemetery needs - including markers, and the many other concerns that are required during this difficult time.
