Cyril Smith Alexander

Cyril Smith Alexander, 64, resident of Charlotte, NC departed this life and went home to be with her Lord on July 24, 2016. She was born in Shelby, North Carolina to the late Warren & Francis Smith. Mrs. Alexander was self-employed with Alexander Cleaning Services and employed by Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools (CMS) After School programs. She was a member of the Central Church of God. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, and grandmother who will be dearly missed. She is survived by her husband, David Alexander, Sr.; daughters, Vivian Patrice (Sam) Smith, Kimberly (Jason) Ross, and Dedra Warren; a son, David Alexander, Jr., thirteen grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and a host nieces and nephews. Her sisters Pattie Ellis, Peggy England, Vivian Richardson and her brothers Donald Smith and James McDonald. She was proceeded in death by two siblings Warner and Phyllis Smith. - -
