Dewitt Davis

Dewitt Davis, of Charlotte, passed away Thursday, November 8, 2012. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred N. Davis, and two sons, Larry D. Davis and Wayne N. Davis. He was born July 14, 1916, in Charlotte, was a life-long member of Eastway Drive Church of God, a member of the Joppa Lodge for more than 50 years, and retired as a general contractor. He was an avid golfer at Eastway Golf Course back in the "good ole days" ! His immediate family includes two sons, caregiver and lunch buddy Gene E. Davis, and Michae Davis; daughter, Carol Ann Jordan; several grand and greatgrandchildren. -
