Doris Sue Gilbert

Doris Mauney Gilbert, of Charlotte, born February 6, 1930, passed away Tuesday, January 25, 2011, after a brief illness. She is preceded in death by her youngest son, Mark Anthony Gilbert and her sister, Joan Mauney Sorrow. Doris' immediate family includes her two sons, Larry Gilbert of Charlotte and Randy Gilbert and his wife, Sheila, of St. Johns, Florida; two grandchildren, Billy Gilbert of Charlotte and Allison Gilbert of St. Augustine, Florida; one great-grandchild, Adrian Gilbert, also of St. Augustine, Florida; her niece, Susan Sorrow Holland; nephew Don Sorrow; and a great nephew, Donnie Sorrow.
