Frances Elizabeth "Pat" Sowell

Frances Elizabeth "Pat" Sowell, 90, of Charlotte, went to be with the Lord Thursday evening, October 19, 2017. She is preceded in death by her husband, Will Morton Sowell. Pat was a native of Charlotte and had been employed at Johnson Mill for many years. She was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church and had served as church pianist there for over 40 years. Pat was a loving mother, devoted wife, and proud grandmother. Her immediate family includes her children, Eugene Sowell and his wife, Judy, Brenda Hall and her husband, Ken, Nancy Lofty and her husband, Bryan, Judy Cochran and her husband, Doug, and Terry Foster and her husband, Roy; eleven grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and four great, great grandchildren. -
