YOUR WIFE Oct 21 2021 1:46 AM

It has taken me a piece to get this far i felt as i have a true friend in Joel and will comment as in the present tense . He and i have seen the mountain highs and valley lows and he was always the one to bring to the table business and personal situations to a calming close . We can all learn by the way he lived his live and the way he treated everyone . We would sneak off sometimes to get a sandwich and he would wear the condiments in that trade mark mustache i would have to tell him to take a rag to it lol .i love you friend and will still talk to you cause i know your still there .

Wow, Just so saddened by this news. What a great man, friend. He has been a client of mine for over 15 years. Loved Martha and the pets. Loved camping and Nascar. A true friend to all he met. Much love. Gerald Worrell

This hit me pretty hard today. Joel as I told many is a legend. Went back and read some of our text over the years and it will be strange knowing he isnt there. Many were from deciding if Barefoot would close or not for a snow day that usually always lead to a phone call. Ill miss you brother. My heart goes out to his family we lost a good one.

Will miss my mentor and friend. 26 short years of friendship with a man that you could count on and talk to. A man of strong but gentle words who always wanted to see others move ahead in life. Never settled for less and always kept me on my toes to never give up no matter what came my way. He push and corrected me when needed and done it because he cared. Thank you Martha for sharing your husband with us at PBI. I will truly miss Joel (RED).

You will be missed, Dear Friend. You have been a mentor to so very many of us in not just a professional capacity, but also in our personal lives as well. You were a fantastic listener, and gave awesome advice, and have always been willing with a helping hand. Thank you for letting my family and I fish in your ponds. I still have the deer stand you gave me 32 years ago. We love you, Joel. We're here for you, Martha.
