John Charles "Jack" Tracy Jr.November 2, 1945 - December 1, 2018 Mr. John C. Tracy, Jr. age 73, of Wesley Chapel, NC, passed peacefully on Saturday, December 1, 2018 after a long illness with his family by his side. Jack was born in Syracuse, NY to the late John and Elizabeth Tracy. He is survived by his wife Judith Price Tracy and his sister Suzanne Tracy Albino, his, nephews; Frank Albino , Christopher Morgan and Carl Alexander; his niece Alouette Alexander and his God children; Tyler and Macy Meany. He is also survived by sister-in-laws Lorraine Price Kuzma and Michelle Price Tuttle who he embraced as his own sisters for over 50 years. Jack grew up in Eastwood, NY and graduated from Syracuse University. He joined the Air Force as a Lieutenant through SU's ROTC program. He later graduated from Suffolk Law School in Boston, Massachusetts. He served as an officer in the U.S. Air Force and Air National Guard. He was retired from IBM after a long career negotiating large corporate contracts and divestItures for Digital Equipment Corporation, Bank Boston, Bank of America and IBM. He wrote a book based on his experience "The Knowledge to Negotiate" and taught a course and had a blog by the same name. Jack also loved to travel. He was an art collector and has a large collection of beautiful paintings of his favorite places. It is a joy to look at them now and remember so many wonderful times together. Most of our married life we lived in the Boston area. We also lived in the Hudson River Valley and now in Charlotte, NC. Jack loved life and having a good time. He was always the life of the party. He loved family and was always there when anyone needed help or advice or a home to stay for a while. He was generous, honest, sometimes a little too honest. Our nieces and nephews fondly called him "Uncle Fuddy Duddy" and he was proud of it, He loved to travel, he loved music and he loved to dance. I asked him 50 years ago what song we should have at our wedding and he suggested "Boogaloo Down Broadway". Our song was "My Funny Valentine". I miss him.
