John H. Mullen

John H. Mullen, 90, of the Laurels in Pineville, North Carolina, died Wednesday, December 11, 2013, at Carolinas Medical Center also in Pineville. He is a former resident of Cambridge, Maryland and Upper Darby, Pennsylvania. Prior to his retirement Mr. Mullen was a technical specialist for the printing industry. He served his country in WWII as a radio man on board the navy destroyer USS Lanning. "Jack" is preceded in death by his wife Florence, brother Bob, sister Florence. Mr. Mullen is survived by his daughter, Jacqui and son-in-law Bill Claypool who live in Charlotte; his sister Alice; and brothers William, Richard, Charles and Gerald Andrew, all residents in New Jersey. His family love and miss him very much. -
