Michelle Stephanie Haney

Michelle Haney, 61, of Charlotte, passed away October 27, 2016, due to heart complications. She was born February 2, 1955, in Libby Montana, with Prader Willi Syndrome. Upon moving to Charlotte in 1958, she began to develop the problems associated with the disorder, which would follow her through life. Still, she graduated from Garinger High School in 1973 and discovered her calling as a professional baby sitter. She was preceded in death by her father, Doyle Haney, and is survived by her mother, Marlene Haney of Charlotte; and brothers Mike Haney of Weddington, and Patrick Haney of Mint Hill. -
