Peggy Cordell Parker

Peggy Cordell Parker, 78, of Charlotte, North Carolina, went to be with the Lord Saturday afternoon, November 25, 2017. She is preceded in death by her husband, Tommy Collins Parker; two children, Kimberly Dawn Parker and Michael Wayne Phifer; her parents, Marshall and Alberta Cordell; and her brother, Billy Cordell. Her immediate family includes her children, Tony Lynn Phifer (Chellie) and Thomas Scott Parker; her sister, Nancy Cordell Rowell (Ken); five grandchildren, Michael Wayne Phifer, Jr.,Dustin Marshall Phifer, Matthew Kyle Phifer, Zachary Blake Phifer and Colton Ashe Parker; four great grandchildren, Hunter Wayne Phifer, Hudson Kyle Phifer, Elise Johanna Phifer, and Blake Marshall Phifer. "We know you are with the Lord, surrounded by the many angels that you shared with everyone. We love you, Peggy, Mom, Maw Maw." -
