Siriboon Poole Murray

September 22, 1963 — September 19, 2023

Pineville

After a hard- fought battle with pancreatic cancer, Siriboon “O” Murray passed away peacefully on September 19, 2023. She was 59 years old, just a few days shy of her 60th birthday, leaving behind her husband, Rick Murray; children Leigh Lamotta (Nick) and Steven Bryant Johnson (Makenzie); grandchildren Jack Lamotta, Sean Lamotta, Sira Lamotta, Riley Johnson and Emma Mederios.
Born on September 22, 1963, in Bangkok Thailand, O’ moved to America with her family when she was 9 years old. Proudly becoming a U.S citizen officially in September of 2020.
A loving wife and mother, O was a warm, thoughtful, and caring person. Cherished by all of her family and friends.
Rick and O met one faithful evening while she was out listening to his band perform. Sparks flew and the rest was history. Together they walked hand in hand until the end. This past January they happily celebrated 29 years married.
O was an incredible mother and a stellar grammy. Raising two devoted children, Leigh and Bryant were the apple of her eye. She loved nothing more than to spend time with her children and grandchildren. More than just a mother or “Grammy” but a best friend. They were the light of her life. She had made them all her top priority from the moment they were born until the moment that she passed. Always thinking of and putting others before herself.
Being a talented hairdresser for over thirty years, O won awards for her cosmetology. She owned “Ozone” hair salon for many years and was truly gifted at her skill. Making friends along the way, she valued her clients and still kept in contact with them even after she retired.
O’ is also survived by her mother Sirisombat “Lucky” Poole; sisters Racheenboon “A” Poole, Kedsuda Mitjitranon, Jannie Poole (Steve); her brother Garland Poole Jr. (Suzanne) and numerous nephews.
