Timothy Hal "Tim" Borders

Timothy Hal Borders, 67, of Charlotte, North Carolina, went to be with the Lord Saturday morning, October 7, 2017. Tim was born September 8, 1950 in Cleveland County, North Carolina. He loved his country ways and didn't apologize for it. He was a caring man, who would lend a helping hand to anyone. He was fondly known by many as "Mr Tim." He left behind "his beautiful bride," Marjorie Paulette Borders, whom he married in 1975. He treasured her to his end. He was a member of Central Church of God, where his memorial service will be held, the place he so loved attending. Tim was a devoted husband, father and Paw-paw. He would proudly share anecdotes with anyone who would listen and loved his jokes. His immediate family includes his three daughters: Lana, Melissa, Audra and one son, Timothy; two brothers, Cline and Danny and one sister, Cheryl; twelve grandchildren. *In lieu of flowers, it would be appreciated that contributions be made to the Borders Family, 1338 Choyce Ave. Charlotte, NC 28217. -
