Violet A. Romesberg

Mrs. Violet A. Romesberg, 87, of Charlotte, NC, finished her journey and went to be with the Lord December 6, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband Rev. Paul E. Romesberg, and parents, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Shaffer. Violet was a loving wife, dedicated mother, faithful friend and devoted Christian. Her life was without pretense, her love was unconditional, and her joy was unmistakable. Violet with her husband, Rev. Paul E. Romesberg founded and pastored the Church of Jesus Christ in Normalville, PA, for 18 years. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Jim Romesberg, John Romesberg, Joe Romesberg, Jeff Romesberg, Jayne Engleka, Joy Lishia, and Janice Smith; 16 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, a monetary memorial gift may be made in her honor to Queen City Apostolic Church. -
